It’s simple – every sale is our best sale. From the time of order till your rug has found its perfect place in your design scheme, ecofō is there to answer questions, offer advice, and if necessary talk you out of a purchase. Enquiries are always welcome and especially encouraged if you have never purchased a faux fur item before.

When it comes to color, there is a fine line between what your monitor shows and how something, anything, actually might look. One-screen does not fit all. Extreme care has been taken to provide accurate, professionally captured color and texture in our photographs. We hope you find that your rug is even better in person.

Of course, nothing can beat a swatch, especially with such tactile and visually appealing pieces. Swatches are absolutely free and are shipped same/next business day so that you will be able to make a decision without delay.

Returns

Sometimes, your best laid plans may not be realized ~ please consider ordering a swatch before taking the plunge. Return notification must be made no later than 3 days after delivery (all items are tracked for convenience). Faux fur rugs are sensitive to the environment (in other words, if you have cruddy floors, pets, or smoke in the air, the rug will immediately identify with this). Please try the rug out with care and consideration; soiled rugs are returned to their owners.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and other shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the customer

RMA requests should be directed to: customerservice@ecofo.com

• please include name and order number
• pre-paid labels through Fedex are e-mailed upon request
• use original wrapping to return the item
• items returned without an RMA are refused and will reappear on your doorstep

Before purchasing more than one item - request a swatch. We cannot  accept returns on orders of more than one item.
